Once Upon A Table Secret Supper Club Mini Film featured in The Scene, Wall St Journal
Pretty exciting that journalist Lara Day and art director/photographer from The Scene, Wall St Journal's lifestyle publication featured Once Upon A Table in the feature piece on secret supper club dining in Asia 'Dinner is Ready Tell No-one'.

Venetian Treasures with Guest Chef Cariya Breemen
We are excited to announce 'VENETIAN TREASURES', a secret supper club dinner event inspired by the mysterious and magical city of Venice.
Venetian Treasures dinner will be held this WEDNESDAY 26th SEPTEMBER with guest chef at a secret home location in Hong Kong.
Our guest chef Cariya Breemen is a culinary artist with a background in art and passion in food.
Cariya is a very talented self taught cook who runs secret dinners in a Venetian Palazzo where she lives.
Lucky for us she is visiting Hong Kong for 7 days so we thought take would take advantage of this and pull together a last minute but fabulous secret supper club event for you to enjoy!

'VENETIAN TREASURES' will be held this WEDNESDAY 26 september 7:00-10:00PM
It will be a sumptuous 8 Venetian dish menu including 4 drinks - welcome cocktail, prosecco, and paired white and red wine.
Cariya will also give a cooking demonstration of how to make your own Tortellini with porcini and truffle oil and a classic Venetian dessert Zabaglione.
The cost will be $680, please bring cash on arrival.
As always in the Once Upon A Table spirit all the food will be homemade and the secret home location will be revealed by sms the day before the event on Tuesday.

Aperitivo Alla Milanese
ONCE UPON A TABLE presents 'Aperitivo alla Milanese' on Saturday April 28. Bookings open at 3 pm tomorrow Thursday April 19

For our next event, we are celebrating the celebrated Milanese ritual and long-held social tradition: the Aperitivo.
As night falls in Milan, the locals hit the bars. Sometime after 5 p.m , the Milanese start filing into their neighbourhood watering holes in search of drinks and nibbles. They elbow their way to the bar and join in the most alluring pre-dinner scene anywhere in the world.
Colourful ( and potent ) Campari cocktails on ice, flowing Prosecco and other sparkling drinks laced with digestivi, accompanied by buffet of bar snacks: hand-sliced salumi and cheeses, crostinis smeared with anchovies and lardo and roasted veggies, freshly flipped omelettes, arancini and olives with vinegars and olive oil, even heaping bowls of polenta and ragu ... the Milanese bars pull out all the stops for the fashionistas and oh-so-stylish denizens of the city.
We love this Milanese ritual and will bring it to Hong Kong on Saturday, April 28 at ONCE UPON A TABLE but of course we will add our own gourmet twists. The bar table will heave with classic and contemporary Aperitivo and the drinks will flow. And this being a nod to Milan, we will serve up some fashionable surprises. See you there !

The night will be inspired by magical and delicious dragon themed dishes.
The cost will be $550 per head and will include cocktail, 2 starters, 2 mains, dessert and our beer guru friend Jeff will match a few boutique small brew beers.
