EATING INDIA: Brought to you by Once Upon A Table. Experience the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine - from our Grandmother's recipes and age-old family traditions, to contemporary twists inspired by Michelin Star restaurants.

From melt-in-the mouth meat dishes cooked slowly for 72 hours to quick, lip-smacking street food churned out on a hot pan. Let us take you on a culinary journey of India, with dishes from different regions of the country, each dish laced with memories and deep personal connections of our OUAT chefs and each matching beer carefully chosen by our Beer Sommelier.

'EATING INDIA' will be on Saturday 19th November 7pm at a secret home location revealed the day before the event. Cost: $680 for a 6 course tasting menu including cocktail and 3 paired beers.

TO START

Mumbai Margarita - Tequila, lime, mango nectar, elderflower, with a little cayenne pepper kick

Tomato Rasam Shooters with gunpowder crackers - Sweet, sour and peppery tomato soup spiked with cumin, mustard seeds and cilantro

Vegetable Haryali Kabab - Green Vegetable kabab with spinach, cloves, cinnamon

THE MAIN EVENT

Calcutta Chicken Roll DIY -From the streets of Calcutta: spicy chicken cubes with onions and green chillies, rolled in fried egg-dipped paratha lacha bread. Assembled at the table.

Paired Beer : India Pale Ale

Patra ni Macchi -Parsi style fish steamed in banana leaves with coconut and coriander

Paired Beer: Japanese fishing-village Wheat Beer

Shorshe Chana -Fresh cottage cheese spiked with mustard

Palate Cleanser: Flavoured Lassi Shots

72 hour Pork Vindaloo with Indian Old Monk Rum- Goan style pork marinated in vinegar and slow cooked in rum, garlic and chillies and flambéed at the table.

Paired Beer : Brown Ale or Belgian farmhouse ale
